The porcelain oval has hand-painted embellishments over the transfer, with the dark haired lady as demure as ever and her Mona Lisa smile as enigmatic! The porcelain is bezel set into the standard 1940s twisted wire frame; it fastens in back with a trombone clasp. Measurements are 1 7/8" x 1 3/8". Very Good condition. Razzle Dazzle AB Rhinestone Floral Brooch

Springtime is coming and you're happy as can be. Let everyone smile when they see you in this razzle dazzle Aurora beauty. Could be Juliana, it has some of the characteristics, but it's still in the files at the DeLizza and Elster jewelry education site waiting for possible verification. Meantime, these 3-d stacked loops of yellow and crystal AB rhinestones can flash their pink, green and blue for you. Vintage BSK BIG Amber Stone Clover Brooch

Beautiful offering from B.S.K., a one stone wonder, with a 1 1/2" amber unfoiled faceted glass stone prong set in a gold tone openwork clover. The golden metal has a brushed finish except around the curvy edges, where the metal is polished. Entire measurement is 2 1/2" x 2 1/4, rising about 3/4" from the pinstem. Wonderful! BSK, like Coro, made costume jewelry of varying quality, and this brooch is among their highest quality jewels. Signed (c)BSK on applied rectangle in back. Excellent condition. $35

HUGE Antique Hand Painted Porcelain Violets Sash Pin Brooch

Circa 1900. These kinds of old hand painted porcelain pins are so versatile when it comes to the look you want. Wear it on the latest military jacket to shock everyone. This is a very small jewel, intended to add just a touch of traditional, conservative loveliness to any look from lace peignoirs to blue jeans and shirt. Though it seems delicate, it is not, but rather sturdy and well made. The delightful slender golden hand holds a flower made from a small guilloche pink and green rose against a white background Two faux pearls flank for accent. The pin is only 1 3/8" tall and 1" wide, but is in top collectible condition, with no wear on the gold tone finish and the pearls and guilloche intact. Marked ALICE CAVINESS on oval in back. $48

Big 1930's Blue Faceted Glass Brooch

This high quality brooch has big oval unfoiled rhinestones that are probably irreplaceable. A true collector's piece, scarce and unusual, the stones are set in old fashioned forked prongs on a stout, sturdy pot metal wire frame. The color and clarity of these thick jumbo stones makes you want to drink them! The brooch itself is 2 1/2" wide x 1 7/8" tall. The largest stone is a full 1" tall x 3/4". Wear this directly over your v-neck or just under the collar, or on a velvet jacket. Excellent condition with the pot metal still mainly bright with just a bit of wear. $58

Here's a wonderful classic Victorian pin for your stick pin collection and also to wear. (I've tried it on to make sure everything works! --love it!) The hilt bears blue and black enamel stripes along with an openwork flower and grip wires. The shaft may not be sterling; we haven't tested, but it appears chain and scabbard are sterling and  put together with the hilt, and the pin/shaft added separately. The scabbard is engraved with pretty little designs. In the scabbard, this beauty is 4 1/2" long. A real treasure, there will not be another like it! Very good condition with a spot of tarnish in back. $68

We have for you this large oval antique hand painted porcelain brooch. Pink and yellow roses lie within green foliage against pale blue and yellow glazes. The frame is painted beautifully in gold, with raised ridges and dots. The brooch  sits within the usual gilded prong setting and is 2 3/4" tall x 2 1/4" at the widest . On the reverse of the brooch is a pendant loop with an added 16" vintage chain marked SIMMONS, so you can wear this exceptionally desirable brooch as a pendant whenever desired. These antique porcelain make wonderful gifts for Valentine's and Mothers' Days.
