Dramatic Mexican Carved Gemstone Mask Pendant Necklace Unsigned. Here is a strikingly beautiful vintage polished and large carved genuine rhodonite native mask pendant necklace. Jewels like these were made in Mexico during the 1960s and are now sought after as genuine ethnic boho jewels. The gemstone is a swirl of colors ranging from pale pink to red, but the overall color is salmon, similar to Argentinean rhodonite. The beads are wired together rosary style. The J-hook closure is primitive but serviceable. Measurement of the beaded chain is 28", with the pendant dropping an additional 3". This unique beauty is in Very Good, clean condition. $68 |

Springtime MONET
Cloisonné Pastel Necklace Cloisonné & other enameled jewelry was quite popular during a period in the 1970's, and Monet produced this beautiful piece to make for happy springtime wear. Although the necklace is not marked for gold, our tests show the floral design is outlined in 14 k gold plate and filled with pink, ivory and pale blue green swirly enamel. The 8 1/2" curved centerpiece is 1 1/2" wide and is held by pink silk cord leading to a gold plated chain and hook adjustable clasp. A real beauty, I tried to get the pastel colors just right, to no avail. The enamel that looks yellow is actually a much paler ivory color, the blue green is pale and the largest star has white in the middle rather than yellow! The pink & coral enamels are also pastels. The combination is quite pleasing. Necklace is in nearly pristine condition with no wear on the enamel or gold tone and with a clean pink cord. Signed in back (c)MONET. Enjoy the scarce beauty. $58 |

| NE in Chalice Some say that the N/E mark with a chalice figure stands for New England Glass Company. However, this has not been proven. Most of this mystery jewelry is 1930s & early 1940s pot metal, mainly brooches set with multicolor rhinestones frequently with enamel. Often the pins resemble those produced by Little Nemo. Could the NE stand for Nemo? | ||||

Large NE
Pink& Green Enameled Floral Brooch Circa 1935, with classic pink-and-green color scheme of the late 30s through 40s. From pictures to draperies, Grandma had it all, swans, storks, wide tropical leaves--and, best of all, on enameled jewels. You just can't go wrong with the cozy beauty, colors and collectibility of this pot metal brooch. Three pink enameled flowers are centered with pink rhinestone florets a top green enameled leafy stems, accented with clear chatons. The flowers climb up a black enameled lattice. The blue cabochon is the original but painted green at one time, noted by remnants of green around the edges. This brooch is very well preserved, with less than usual wear on the enamel. The two rhinestones under the lower left pink flower have been replaced. Dimensions cover a big 2 7/8" x 2 7/8" area for a buxom swell of vintage color! Signed NE in chalice. Unique Napier Choker
with Earrings It's simple. You need this fabulous necklace to wear to dinner at a seaside restaurant this summer, or with a velvet coat to next season's Christmas parties. Thick golden flexible stove pipe chain is decorated with the most impossible centerpiece--faux pearl baubles with a bit of thin golden beaded chain, golden cones, a swirling cab of copper, and two large faceted white plastic rockets! A true work of art, signed Napier in back. Part of the signature didn't stamp correctly, but I believe there is a (c) mark after Napier. The dating is probably anytime from 1960s through 1980s. This necklace will clasp at about 14 1/2". The centerpiece is 3 1/2" long and about 1 1/4" wide at the cluster of faux pearls, and quite thick, over 3/4". Added are a pair of signed Napier 1 1/8" drop earrings with plump pearls the same color as the pearls in the choker, though not the true mates, if there are any. Everything is in Excellent, clean condition. $58. |

Signed PAM For occasions from the glitziest NY gala to nightlife in Tinseltown, this vintage Pam bracelet will keep them looking your way. The decorated & beaded goldtone filigree frame holds clear Lucite oblongs embedded with silver foil confetti among criss-crosses of fine gold tone chain. Very unusual, scarce, and desirable not only as circa a 1950 party jewel for your collection but also as a magnet for all that attention you have a right to! This bracelet is sturdy, heavy and well made, measuring 1 3/4" wide and clasping with a fold-over at 7 5/8". Singed (c) PAM near the clasp. The matching 3/4" screw-on button earrings are unsigned. One might think earrings are not really mates to the bracelet, but they are--I've sold and seen similar plump very wide bracelets with little button earrings as mates, probably popular during a particular period in the late 40s or early 50s. Park Lane Huge Articulated Owl Pendant Park Lane was a jewelry house that contributed many owl designs to the 1960's rage for wildlife in big pendants. A decadent 5 1/2" long and with glowing golden amber eyes, the gold tone pendant is for the woman who will definitely be noticed. Dangling from his 22" textured triple link chain, the owl will wiggle and shake as you move, for his openwork body is made in *five dangling segments; each wing is segmented as well. Signed "Park Lane" in script on the oval hang tag, this pendant is in near Excellent condition with perfect gold tone plating and only one tiny chip in the foil at the rim of the left eye; you can't see it in front because the owl's feathered eyebrows overhangs. Fall Colors Pakula Moonglow Lucite Parure You'll be in tune with the wonders of autumn in this scarce Pakula moonlgow Lucite thermoset parure. The inserts of pine green, cinnamon and flame stand out magnificently, and will look especially splendid on redheads, and will complement any color eyes. The row of moonglow inserts rest in delicate golden beaded settings which are decorated with flowerets at the top. Alternating flowerets are set with small flame colored beads. To clasp, the necklace offers a J-hook and 4" of chain and will adjusts up to 15 3/4," but can be worn shorter. Necklace with is 1 1/8" wide. The matching bracelet clasps at a bit over 7", and is 1 3/8" wide. The clip earrings are 1 1/4" tall x 7/8" wide. Only the earrings are signed, PAKULA(c). Excellent, pristine condition. Pin with Art Glass, Signed PS Co Wear this beneath the collar of a crisp white librarian blouse or sexy silk blouse; and, if you really want to wear it like Victorian or Edwardian ladies, place a cameo below, or one of those small collar pins with one stone. For instance, here is how the pin looks along with an oval carnelian. Larger than most bar pins seen in this era, this late Victorian jewel is beautifully designed with lovely wheat or barley sheaf motifs in a beaded openwork gilded setting. Oval shaped green & yellow 2-tone art glass stones change with the light and are set openback in bezels. The pin 3 3/4" long x 3/8" wide, fastening with an old style open C-clasp. Schoffel Ice Blue & Diamante Rhinestone Brooch & Clip Earrings
These wonderful jewels, with their combination of ice blue and clear crystal diamante are like clusters of ice, one layer atop another. I'm telling you, the ultra brilliant and scarce fires of this jewel will catch his eye from across the room and inspire him to hunt you down for a kiss! The brooch of high lead content rhinestone prong set round and marquise cuts arranged in a circular floral & leaf pattern is 1 3/4" in diameter but seems bigger, for the chunks are piled so high the brooch sits more than 1/2" above the pin assembly. The matching earrings are 1 1/4" tall and have folded curved clips which are very comfortable. Only the brooch is marked, with the three part crown logo. Excellent condition. $78 |

Unique Siam Sterling Neilloware Bracelet The unusual design of this wide bracelet is very scarce. Each link is a leaf shape, complete with silvery veins and the dancer ( Mekala, goddess of lightning?) holding a snake in 2 of the links, and in other links her hands drop pretty sparkles from a bowl, and in other links, star-like sparkles come from her hand. The bracelet is wider than usual at 1 1/2" wide, but it clasps with a push in V-clasp at only 6 1/2", so this is for a small to slender- medium wrist. The enamel is perfect; there is a bit of tarnish on one side of the clasp, but the bracelet is in excellent condition. Signed SIAM STERLING on the clasp. A one-of-a-kind beauty, a must for the collector of beautiful sterling jewels. $68

Very Scarce Vintage Retro Dress Clip by Ernest Steiner This early 1940's ribbon spray is unsigned, but has the design patent number 105034 located inside one of the ribbon loops. A lookup of this Ernest Steiner patent shows that this clip, designed by Ernest Steiner (Steiner of New York) is a variation of the design in the drawing, with the same ribbon but teardrop rhinestones on the ends of the spray rather than round stones. Variations on patents were common with many designers, including Trifari and Coro. This clip is unusual and beautifully designed with the multicolor teardrop stones prong set set openback. The metal tested as having some silver content, and the golden finish is a gold tone alloy. It measures 2 1/2" by 1 1/2". Condition is Very Good ++, with wear of finish only on the textured clip mechanism. An elegant, rare clip to add to your collection. $85 |

But it's made by Swoboda, well known for their gorgeous gold plated semi precious gemstone necklaces and pins. The multilayered geometric floral design of the pendant is exquisite with carved diamond and triangle shapes of light green alternating with and dark green jades, arranged among gold plated leaf motifs. The thick twisted chain offers additional diamond shapes of jade and a spring ring clasp. This is a substantial piece with no wear. Weiss Crystal Rhinestone
Festoon Necklace and Twisty Earrings Weiss made many clear crystal rhinestone necklaces and earrings sets throughout he 1950's. Here's one of their many sparklers created during this era, a combination of prong set clear chatons and oblongs, with a draped centerpiece full of large oblongs dropping from a second rhinestone chain in a delightful swag. Especially generous, the necklace clasping at a maximum of 18" with an adjustable J hook, so you can wear as a choker if desired, letting the brilliant rhinestone chain trail down the back of your neck, where he'll be bound to kiss you. The centerpiece of is 4 3/8" wide and has a drop of nearly 2" and is likely to draw attention to the décolletage. The 1 1/8" long clip back earrings are not signed and may not be the true mate to the necklace but they are equally wonderful, the twisty shapes complementing the necklace intriguingly, the rhinestones and rhodium plating with exactly the same tone and sparkle as the necklace. The necklace is signed WEISS without the copyright mark. Necklace and earrings are in Excellent, sparkling clean condition. $88 |

Rare Weiss Painted Enamel Egg Brooch In years of buying costume jewelry, I have seen only one other enameled egg by Weiss; it was pink and it was already sold. This is a rare pin, probably made in the late 1960's, just before Weiss closed its doors. Weiss made a some highly collectible enameled pieces during those years, some of which are now being counterfeited; real ones, except for some of the enameled flower power pins, are all fairly hard to find. This one does have a textured back; but the texture is different from the kind found on the counterfeits. The basic color is red, crossed on the diagonal with gold tone lines, making diamond motifs in which white flowers with green foliage are enameled. This unique brooch measures 2 1/4" tall x 1 1/2 wide" and stands 3/4" high from the surface. There is a small amount of wear to the enamel that can be seen with a loupe but nothing substantial. Weiss Purple Rhinestone & Golden Mesh Bracelet Earrings Set For classic elegance with dashes of purple! This lovely bracelet offers flexible gold tone mesh surrounding a line of lustrous purple rhinestones on the sides and bottom of the bracelet. Really, you just want to drink those stones! The matching clip back earrings frame clusters of purple stones in circles of golden mesh. The bracelet clasps at a bit over 6 3/4" and is 1/2" wide and ending in a foldover clasp. Clip on earrings are 1 1/8" in diameter. The layers of rhinestones make the earrings rise about 3/8" from base of the mesh frame. All pieces signed WEISS in block letters without copyright mark. Elaborate
Whiting & Davis Large Cross Pendant This gorgeous Etruscan-style cross is partially covered by a sterling vermeil openwork decoration. There is no wear at all to the gold finish. There are no sterling marks on the decoration, probably because we can't see underneath it, but it did test as sterling vermeil. In the center of this vermeil openwork fixture is a 15mm citrine or light topaz colored rhinestone. The base cross has a shining gold tone finish, which has some very minor fleaspotting/ wear on the back. The cross measures 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" with cross bars over 1/2" wide. The Singapore-style chain is 30" long with sturdy spring ring clasp. The 'Whiting Davis' signature is found on the oval hangtag. The necklace is in very good, clean condition. #N950 $65.00
