Necklace Circa 1970-80. Like the Egyptian beauty, you know when you've found YOUR necklace. Its here today, in fashionable black acrylic beads hand painted with golden designs. Bead stations alternate with gold tone metal drops in graduating lengths, to lay fanlike across your collarbone, enhancing not only the sensual look on your face, but also your buntline. This necklace is a high quality and substantial piece as well as a work of art, with combinations of textures in the metalwork, and darling details like the floral filigree endcaps on the largest black beads. Lovely Molded Roses & Enameled Necklace Circa 1950s. For old fashioned prettiness, vintage molded thermoset coral roses with enameled green leaves nestle in a linked very pale gold tone fitting. In fact, it took me a minute to decide if the setting is gold tone or silvertone, so keep that in mind when choosing jewelry to accompany this pretty. The necklace clasps at a maximum of 16" with adjustable hook & chain closure, and is about 1/2" wide. Very Good condition, with no wear to the enamel or to the roses, and only minor wear on some of the links in the setting. $36 |

Swarovski Swan Logo Collet set Crystal Necklace The faceted crystals in necklace really flash and sparkle, throwing out clean white glints from the clear pure crystals and polished goldtone setting. The 6mm crystals are collet set --a single wire wraps around each stone similar to a bezel, but the backs are left open, in that exquisite Chanel style. The backs of these crystals are identical to the front; and will catch the light no matter what side you wear it. At 31" it is long enough to swing, or you can wrap it around your neck twice if desired. On the hang tag the Swarovski swan logo is engraved, This fiery-cool beauty is in Excellent condition. $58 |

Japan Blue Green Art Glass
Necklace with Decorative Clasp Circa 1955. Here's a Japan all-glass necklace, two beautiful strands of ocean blue givre glass cube beads and round emerald swirl glass beads. This splendid necklace clasps at a good length--21," and fastens with the 1 1/4" round box clasp decorated in a Haskellesque fashion, with jumbles of beads, textured leaves, and golden filigrees wired to a filigree base. This is one of those fabulous jewels you can also wear with the clasp on the front, which allows the longer strand to drape festoon style. You can also wear it with the claps on the side, the way a chic women of the 1950s liked to show off her ornate clasps. Signed Japan on the back of the claps. Excellent, clean condition. Enjoy for $85. |

Pink Glass Bead Opera Length Necklace This lovely jewel probably hails from the 1930's, with pink semi-transparent glass beads hand strung in graduated sizes, the pale pink twine knotted in between beads. The beads are almost lozenge-shaped but are too plump and irregular, almost twisty, to call them lozenge beads. The shade of rose pink is most elegant, not loud or cloying. The largest beads are 10mm x 12mm. The necklace closes with a brass spring ring and double jump rings, clasping at a full 30". For when you want to match a delicate, feminine mood with old-time quality. Very Good condition. $58

HUGE Rhodium Plated Anchor
Pendant Necklace with Big Rhinestones Circa 1970, when the look of molten metal came briefly in style. At least this piece is shaped like something--a huge anchor, which is studded with a variety of shapes, colors and sizes of glued-in rhinestones. I believe this may have been a Jewel Creations piece, but I no longer have the catalog photo pages to prove it. The pendant, not counting the bale, is 3 7/8" long and 3 3/8" wide at the widest point, and hangs on a 24" silvertone chain with spring ring clasp. Excellent condition. $58

Avon Pink Thermoset
Shells Necklace & Heart Earrings The earrings are for pierced ears. This is one of the nicest among the higher quality sets I've seen by Avon, with thermoset shells (or leaves) looking good enough to eat, like pink thin mints! The individual shells have threading holes in them and are strung together in an overlapping style, ending in a J-hook and chain. I doubt the Avon earrings are actual mates to the necklace. But the colors, design, & material are a compatible match, and I have seen these together on other occasions. But recently I saw a bracelet with heart shapes like the earrings. Any Avon Ladys out there who can help? The thermoset is good molded Lucite thermoset very similar moonglow, and the shells make a rich, delicious sound when they click together. There are three leaf colors in subtly different shades of pink--very pale, medium and dusky pink. The earrings, though the scans show a weird color, are pink. The necklace clasps at a maximum of 19 3/4", and is 1 1/4" wide. The earrings are 1 1/8" tall x 1" wide. Everything here is in excellent, clean condition. $48 |

Springtime Yellow, Green & Orange Plastic Floral Necklace & Earrings All the necklaces I've seen like this, when signed, are either German or Czech. This one is an unsigned beauty, probably because the clasp has been replaced. For springtime and summer fun, this long multicolor bead necklace will get you and everyone who sees you into fun mode! Beads consist of mainly hard plastics, but the textured green leaves are slightly soft. Little Czech flowers fashioned into rondells appear capped with tops that are actually separate beads. Plus there are small swirl beads that may be celluloid--upon testing in hot water I caught a whiff of camphor, but because I really don't like dipping beautiful jewelry in hot water more than necessary it's not conclusive. Doesn't matter--this 48" necklace is just gorgeous. You can wear it as a long necklace or wrap it around your neck two or three times for the multi strand look. It fastens with a spring ring clasp. Wear this necklace to an Easter picnic, summer ball games--it's perfect for outdoor events from hayrides to patio parties!. Clip on earrings 1". Everything is in Very Good ++ condition. $58

Pegasus Coro Pink Pearl & Art Beaded Double Strand Necklace Golden and pink are a magical color combination, so warm and inviting--perhaps your mood when you wear this necklace? Gently glowing pink faceted Lucite and and pink faux pearls are the mainstay colors in this flirty Coro necklace from the 1950's. With gold foiled peachy pink crackle beads, this bubbly jewel will take you any place for spring & summertime fun! Attaches with J hook at 16" maximum length, but you can tighten the extension and wear as a choker if desired. The beads seem a little stiff on the strands at first, but the necklace hangs very nicely while on. Signed Coro on the J-hook in script without copyright mark, this luscious lovely also has the Pegasus Coro hang tag (in the scans the tag is turned wrong way.) Excellent, never worn condition. $32. |

Park Lane Huge Articulated Owl Pendant Park Lane was a jewelry house that contributed many owl designs to the 1960's rage for wildlife in big pendants. A decadent 5 1/2" long and with glowing golden amber eyes, the gold tone pendant is for the woman who will definitely be noticed. Dangling from his 22" textured triple link chain, the owl will wiggle and shake as you move, for his openwork body is made in *five dangling segments; each wing is segmented as well. Signed "Park Lane" in script on the oval hang tag, this pendant is in near Excellent condition with perfect gold tone plating and only one tiny chip in the foil at the rim of the left eye; you can't see it in front because the owl's feathered eyebrows overhangs. In fact, it appears the pendant was seldom if ever worn. Enjoy for $58 |
