Austria Floral Nosegay Brooch This sweet and intricately designed floral is bound to brighten up your day. Foiled plastic flowers in blue, green, pink and amber are riveted into gold tone flower cups with fancy headpins of prong set rhinestones in the center of each flower. These large flowers are accented by smaller enameled lilies. This sparkling beauty is consigned to shabby chic dues to a chip in one of the petals of the green plastic flower. Otherwise, very good. Emmons Slick Black Cab Link Bracelet The look is sophisticated with this Emmons link bracelet. Black plastic cabochons in an Art Moderne chrome-look setting fastens at 7 1/8" long with a foldover clasp. Each link is 3/4" at the widest. This snappy daytime accessory is here in shabby chic due to the black cabs not being quite as shiny as I think they should be, but because they are black, it's really not noticeable and many sellers would rate this very good. Large Clear Rhinestone Spray Earrings
These beautiful clip back earrings are so unusual, with sprays of long narrow 2mm x 14mm marquise cuts shooting from flowerheads of clear marquise cuts and aurora borealis chatons. All stones are prong set in a riveted setting. The stones on the flowerheads are fine and sparkling, but the long navettes have lost much of their sparkle due to foil loss. Dimensions are 2 tall x 1 1/8" wide. Delightfully shabby; wear them with your poorest little black crocheted lace shawl for a delightful Cinderella look. $5 |

Beautiful
Art Nouveau Lady Hand Painted Porcelain Portrait For some reason the portrait pins such as this beauty seem to show more wear than the average. Perhaps this was someone's sweetheart? Her strawberry blond hair is beautifully arranged, with a delightful violet heart hair ornament, with strings of gold and paste "jewels!" If your hair is long, does it give you ideas? Her radiant blush, and sleepy eyes suggest ethereal summertime old world beauty. The brooch is very large with an unusual elongated oval shape, just shy of 2 3/4" tall x a bit under 2" wide. While her portrait itself and most of the polychrome background is still in excellent condition, the surrounding decorative painting that frames her is is worn. You can still see patches of gilding beneath the prongs. Still, a delightful piece, without chips or cracks, in brass setting, which has an early safety clasp. $38 |

SOLD Here's a sweet little book piece from the 1940's with interesting colored grapes, which vary from maroon to violet pink. the gold tone setting offers leaves accented with bright crystal chatons. Has glue residue and finish wear on the leaves is seen mainly under magnification, so the pin still looks great. |

Big Round Aurora Borealis AB Rhinestone Brooch SOLD We offer a real dazzler for you! The AB crystal rhinestones in this brooch are just brilliant, flashing rainbow colors of pink, gold, blue, green, apricot & purple from their gilded half-prong cups. The brooch is 2 1/8" in diameter and rises into a slight dome shape. This brooch, while beautiful, has had several rhinestones replaced leaving clear glue residue here and there; some of the tiny chatons near the inner circle were replaced by clear crystal stones. Also, the gilded finish in back is worn, especially around the edges, showing the silvery base metal beneath. No one will notice; they'll be too overwhelmed by the sparkle! SOLD |

Enamel jewelry is becoming more sought as fashionistas revive the 70's and 80's look. The apple is round and juicy looking below the contrasting green leaves. Big '50s Faux Baroque
Pearl Wrap Bracelet SOLD This classic 1950's beauty offers 3 wire strands of graduated off-white plump baroque faux pearls in graduated sizes, with a few AB crystals adding sparkle and flash. One size fits most. My wrist is medium and it fits nicely. Width at the widest part is about 1 3/4". Its so hard to find these wrap bracelets complete! Most of them are supposed to have end beads finished with eye pins, but I think they get lost, or, as with this bracelet, removed by the prior owner. (see the pictures) Anyway, it still looks very nice, in fact, no one will be be to tell there is something missing. This piece will add a touch of fifties femme fluff to your look for a bargain price. |
