Fab Art Nouveau Revival Large Brooch

Madame butterfly wears a flowing golden grown and spreads her winged arms as if to grant wealth to all. The wings are a delightful faux cloisonné, meant to resemble Nouveau plique-a-jour, the vibrant colors never to be forgotten. That's red, green and midnight blue epoxy resin gleaming from within the golden web outline. Very well made and heavy for its size, the brooch is a bit over 3" tall and 2 1/2" wide at the wingspan.
