Antique Hand Painted Porcelain Roses Pendant
Brooch with Golden Edges.
We have for you this large oval antique hand painted porcelain pendant brooch. Pink and yellow roses lie within green foliage against pale blue and yellow glazes. A frame is painted beautifully in gold, with raised ridges and dots. The brooch sits within the usual gilded prong setting and is 2 3/4" tall x 2 1/4" at the widest . On the reverse of the brooch is a pendant loop with an added 16" vintage chain marked SIMMONS, so you can wear this exceptionally desirable pendant as a brooch whenever desired. These antique porcelains make wonderful gifts for Valentine's and Mothers' Days. The brooch has wear on the back. The brooch and chain are in Very Good condition. $88

Big '60s Gold Crown Inc. Pewter Peacock Pendant NecklaceWe have for you today this handsome pendant necklace straight out of the swinging '60s, or possibly early '70s. This pierced, openwork pewter or pewter tone beauty is decorated with champlevé enamel in turquoise, cream, red and black. The pendant itself is 3 3/8" wide x 2 1/2" tall and hangs 1/4" x 2 1/2". this strutting peacock is adorned with lots of turquoise enamel with yellow, orange and black accents. The jewel fastens with a J-hook and adjustable chain at a maximum of 24", but you can wear it tighter if desired. Marked Gold Crown Inc on the reverse, this necklace is in Excellent condition. Poodle Pendant with Flowers

Unsigned, but attributed to Capri. See Marcia Brown's Signed Beauties of Costume Jewelry Vol. II, page 48. What a poodle! This grand dam of show poodles, in beautifully crafted jewelers pewter, sports a deluge of openwork flowers for curls! And what a sweet pose she strikes; there is elegant character all about her; even her face. Dimensions are a three dimensional 2" x 2"; she hangs from a 24" chain. No signature, but an obvious designer piece, probably designed in the 1960s or '70s and marketed with a hang tag. A wonderful jewel in Excellent condition. $48

Blue Glass Gemstone & Faux Pearls Monet Necklace
Circa 1980s. When it's time to feel like a wealthy ingénue, simply don this tasteful necklace with the look of real gemstones. Monet knew how to do it with this simple yet spectacular necklace of gold plated links containing large blue art glass faux gemstone cabs; look closely at the detailed picture to see the depth of the blue and the little gemlike striations within. The pretty bezel set blue jewels, in graduated sizes, alternate with faux champagne half pearls and jet black cabs. Like most Monet jewelry, this is high in quality with good weight-- a jewel you can really wear nearly every day to evening with nearly every thing. . The blue glass gemstones alternate in size, giving the necklace a rich, chunky look. 1976 'Romanesque' AVON Silvertone Filigree Cross
An example of the best in Avon jewelry featured in several books, this pendant is one of the most popular and beloved pieces of Avon jewelry. My mother had one of these, and I have my own and wear it occasionally. Beautiful multi-colored glass navette cabs imitate different colors of gemstones--faux lapis, jade, turquoise and coral. The round center stone imitates hematite very effectively. The setting is a remarkable antiqued beaded filigree openwork which includes heart-shaped motifs. Well made with a good weight, the dimensions of the cross is 3" long x 2" wide, and is suspended from a textured 23 1/2" textured link chain with spring-ring clasp. Signed Avon in back. Excellent condition. $24

Goldette Crystal Etruscan Style Fringe Necklace This Goldette goodie evokes an aura of sunshine and all seeing eyes in ancient days of mystery and romance. A lovely stacked half circle full of flowerets and encasing a topaz rhinestone within a beaded setting is only the beginning. A row of dancing delights jingles below, swinging golden baubles offering collet set crystals of the most amazing color--against white the crystal looks rosy golden-tan, but while dancing in the light the same crystals sometimes look lavender. The 3" pendant has 9" of chain attached on either side to fasten with a spring ring clasp. This is a well known Goldette piece that comes marked on the golden tag hanging from one of the dangles.
